Biography
Linda F. Kitz is an Associate Attorney at The Mecca Law Firm. She is a graduate of Fordham University and Brooklyn Law School. While at Brooklyn Law School, Ms. Kitz served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Law & Policy.
Ms. Kitz focuses her practice on trusts and estates law, guardianships, family law, real estate law, contracts, and general civil litigation, where she brings a thoughtful, results-oriented approach to each client’s case. She is known for her balanced blend of advocacy and compassion, representing families and individuals with professionalism and care.
Before joining The Mecca Law Firm in 2015, Ms. Kitz was an Associate at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, in the firm’s Insurance Services and Litigation Group. Earlier in her career, she served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Susan Scott, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Ms. Kitz is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
